Job Title: Color Coordinator & Sales Specialist – Hunter Douglas Blinds, Wallpaper and more

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Color Coordinator & Sales Specialist to join our team, specializing in Hunter Douglas window treatments and decorative wallpapers. This role combines design expertise with customer service and sales, helping clients select the perfect styles, patterns, and colors to transform their spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Assist customers in selecting blinds, shades, shutters, and wallpaper that suit their aesthetic, functional, and budgetary needs.
• Color Coordination: Provide expert advice on color palettes, textures, and complementary design elements to ensure cohesive interior decor.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Hunter Douglas products and wallpaper lines, including features, warranties, and installation details.
• Sales & Quoting: Prepare accurate quotes, close sales, and follow up with clients throughout the buying process.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive displays and sample boards that showcase product options and seasonal trends.
• Home Visits (if applicable): Conduct on-site consultations to take measurements, assess lighting, and match colors to existing decor.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, installers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

• Background in interior design, color theory, or visual arts is highly preferred.
• Prior experience with Hunter Douglas or similar high-end window treatments is a plus.
• Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a good eye for color, texture, and style.
• Ability to use design software or tools for mock-ups and presentations (optional).
• Physical ability to handle product samples and light in-store setup.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
