PCR QC Specialist I

Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
A leading biotech company is seeking a PCR QC Specialist I to support quality control activities for PCR reagents and consumables. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in laboratory testing who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform QC testing on incoming and manufactured materials to support timely product release
- Complete documentation and data entry in SAP in accordance with Good Documentation Practices and ISO13485 standards
- Communicate with team members, supervisors, and planners to align on testing priorities and avoid product backorders
- Participate in daily meetings to report updates on safety, quality, delivery, and inventory
- Assist with lab maintenance, including 5S practices and safety compliance
- Support troubleshooting efforts under guidance and collaborate on cross-functional projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Chemistry, Biology, or related life science field
- 1 years of experience in a laboratory setting (chemistry, biochemistry, or related field)
- Understanding of GLP and GMP standards
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP systems preferred; SAP experience is a plus
