Operations Coordinator I Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator I to support our operations team.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating electric overhead and underground corrective maintenance while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating electric overhead and underground corrective maintenance in compliance with CPUC regulations.
- Processing work requests in SAP and CPD to track work status, scheduling, and job progress.
- Preparing and managing job prerequisites, including GO Forms, foreign utility requests, maps, and electronic field memos.
- Coordinating various operational tasks, including land management, permitting, vegetation management, and customer access issues.
- Compiling SAP reports for field review, quality assurance audits, and compliance tracking.
- Supporting internal and external compliance audits and ensuring work completion within regulatory timeframes.
- Providing backup for Trench and Timekeeping areas as needed.
- Leading logistics and resource coordination during storm and emergency response operations using SORT, ARCOS, NMS, and GIS systems.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- H.S. Diploma/GED required.
- 2 years of related experience, preferably in customer service and/or operations.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities (oral and written).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CICS, and GFMS.
- Basic map reading skills.
