Tuckerton Lumber Company proudly serves New Jersey’s finest contractors and homeowners since 1932 for all their construction and remodeling needs. We are a full-service provider of lumber and building products with an exceptionally knowledgeable and professional team of sales representatives ready to serve our customers from our 2 locations in Tuckerton and Surf City.
Responsibilities:
- Job Summary, Office assistant.
- Maintain good working relationships with vendors and resolve disputes.
- Review vendor invoices for appropriate documentation
- Manage and respond to correspondence and inquiries from vendors regarding orders.
- Verify orders by comparing names and quantity of items packaged with shipping documents.
- Manage and maintain invoices.
- Be familiar with multi-line phone system
- Be proficient in all aspects of Microsoft 365
- Order necessary supplies for staff
- Create and track store use records.
- Count registers daily, tracking any discrepancies, and create deposits for the bank.
- Experience with Epicor Eagle Software a but not required
