Position Overview:
As a Sales Account Manager at Tuesday's Natural Dog Company, your primary objective is to maintain and grow our existing customer accounts. You will be a key contributor to our sales team, building and nurturing relationships with our valued clients,and ensuring their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with existing accounts..
- Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, provide product information, and offer solutions that align with their goals.
- Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas by implementing effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our product line, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities, providing regular reports to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the pet industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the pet industry, including trends and customer needs, is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 3% commission structure (No cap on commission)- $75,000 / year with provided book of business
