Program Manager – GEOINT Integration & Architecture

Location : Washington, D.C. Metro Area

Clearance Requirement : Active TS / SCI required (U.S. Citizenship mandatory)

Type : Full-time - On-Site

TULK seeks a Program Manager to lead strategic GEOINT architecture initiatives for FVEY and global partnerships. This role combines leadership, strategic vision, and collaboration to align multi-national GEOINT efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and drive GEOINT integration strategies across FVEY partners.
Lead architecture initiatives for interoperability and mission alignment.
Collaborate with NGA and global stakeholders to ensure success.

Required Qualifications :

Experience : 15 years in program management or enterprise architecture, with at least 5 years in GEOINT or defense-related initiatives.

Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and multi-national teams.

Technical Expertise : Familiarity with frameworks like DoDAF, JARM, and FEA; knowledge of enterprise-level architecture and integration.

Collaboration : Proven success in engaging with international stakeholders, including FVEY or other coalition partners.

Education : Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in a relevant field such as Systems Engineering, Program Management, or International Relations.

Clearance : Active TS / SCI clearance required; U.S. Citizenship mandatory.
