We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced aerospace company. The ideal candidate will be a multitasker, proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office, and understands the importance of urgency in meeting customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and manage customer accounts
  • Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • Send quotes, forms and requests to customers
  • Utilize Excel and Microsoft Office to create reports and track data
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and respond to urgent customer needs
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in a related field is a plus)
