Job Description: As a Business Development Representative (BDR) for Turf Design, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities and assist the business development team. This role offers the opportunity to develop your sales skills while contributing directly to the company’s growth.
Job Responsibilities:
-Identify and target potential clients within the construction industry.
-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
-Engage in potential cold-calling, emailing and in person meetings to establish relationships with potential clients and promote our company’s services and capabilities.
-Attend networking events, conferences, and business meetings to expand the company’s network and market presence.
-Create marketing materials for LinkedIn, and company portfolio including graphics, and content of job sites.
-Maintain and update client and project information in the CRM system, tracking leads, opportunities, and interactions to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
-Ability to adapt to a variety of job responsibilities as needed.
-Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage prospects and present ideas clearly.
-Self-driven with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow in the sales field.
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
-Ability to work independently and collaborate with business development team to achieve goals.
-Be proficient in Adobe, Excel, Microsoft, and CRM software, with prior experience using these tools.
