About the Role
A software engineer specializing in the Message point platform, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom customer communication solutions using Message point's features and APIs, including content personalization, workflow automation, and multi-channel delivery, to create efficient and compliant customer communications across various channels like email, print, and SMS.
Mandatory Skills
Minimum 12 years of work development experience and at least with3- 4 years of message point platform experience
Required Education
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Required Experience
Proficient in Message point platform:
Deep understanding of Message point features, APIs, and architecture.
Programming Skills:
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) may be required depending on specific Message point customization needs.
Data Management:
Knowledge of data structures, data manipulation, and data mapping to integrate customer data with communications.
