Litigation Paralegal – Personal Injury / Medical Malpractice
Location : Washington, D.C. (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Salary : Starting at $80,000
We are partnering with a well-established law firm in Washington, D.C., to find an experienced Litigation Paralegal with a background in personal injury or medical malpractice . This is an exciting opportunity to join a top-tier legal team and play a key role in high-impact cases.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive case management support throughout all phases of litigation.
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation , including organizing exhibits, drafting pleadings, and managing discovery.
- Conduct legal research , summarize medical records, and prepare case-related documents.
- Draft correspondence, motions, and legal memoranda.
- Maintain case files, track deadlines, and coordinate filings in both state and federal courts.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather and organize key case information.
- Track and enter billable hours in accordance with firm policies.
