The position will assist with proofreading, filing pleadings, responding to discovery requests, issuing and tracking subpoenas, organizing exhibits, and preparing for trial. This position involves interacting with clients. This position requires the ability to multi-task, prioritize, follow directions in detail, and coordinate all functions of a case with the attorney. This position works in tandem with a remote paralegal, who also handles initial consultations with potential clients and document organization. Strong communication and management skills are needed to ensure both paralegals are coordinated on case statuses.
