Turning Point for God is the radio and television ministry of Dr. David Jeremiah, senior pastor of Shadow Mountain Community Church. It is an international ministry with a vision to reach every language group in the world with the Gospel and the teachings of God’s Word. From a modest beginning over forty years ago, Turning Point is now accessible by 3 billion people worldwide every day through radio, television, and the Internet.
Position Summary:
The position of International Email Project Manager reports to the International Director but will also have frequent communication with the Communications Team. His/her main responsibility will be to execute communication and fundraising emails for Dr. David Jeremiah’s international broadcast ministry and analyze and report on key trends.
Essential Functions:
The International Email Project Manager executes his/her tasks in the following six areas:
Strategy: Participate monthly with Turning Point Communication team and BBS Consultants in email communication and fundraising strategy meetings. Then, take these strategies and adapt them for our international audiences (Australia, Canada, UK, etc.).
Art: Communicate email art versioning directions with Turning Point graphic designer.
Data: Communicate with Turning Point data team on list syncs from international databases into the Mailchimp email platform. Manage audiences within the MailChimp email platform for segmented campaigns.
Implementation: Build and implement templated emails through the MailChimp email platform for the Australian, Canadian, and UK audiences.
Internal Communication: Create and distribute the international email schedule to international departments.
Reporting: Report results of email campaigns to International Director.
Qualifications:
- A passion for ministry
- Ability to reflect strong brand messaging in all communications
- Proficient in communication and marketing
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to take direction and execute tasks on schedule
- Organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ministry experience a plus
Other Requirements:
- Position is fulltime, non-exempt, Turning Point Santee, CA location
- Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
