What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Associate (Part-time 2-days weekly) position at Turning Point, Inc.?
Turning Point is recruiting for a part-time HR Associate to support Human Resources in various areas. Flexible part time schedule 2 days per week.
In this position, you will play an essential role in the day-to-day activities including recruitment, employee onboarding, and employee records, communications and benefits orientation.
The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a team while demonstrating a strong desire to establish excellent working relationships in an organization dedicated to quality and experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional or human resources experience preferred - medical field a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products or similar platform
- Detail oriented written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to confidentially communicate
- Self-motivated, with a drive to complete projects and deliverables in a timely manner
- Add positive insight and thrive in a team-based work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent customer service skills
