Job Duties
Greeting customers
Processing payments
Communicating with customers by phone, email, & letter
Communicating with insurance companies by phone, email, & letter
Receiving calls from customers regarding claims
Entering claim details in our database
Reporting claims to the appropriate insurance companies
Discussing the status of claims with the customers involved
Reviewing the status of claims with management
