Your Role
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a commercial strategy to drive sales growth and profitability. You will work closely with our sales team, partners, and customers to identify opportunities and develop solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a commercial strategy to drive sales growth and profitability
- Work closely with our sales team, partners, and customers to identify opportunities and develop solutions
- Manage the portfolio, go-to-market strategy, and partner ecosystem for key initiatives
- Provide marketing and commercial leadership, driving sales growth and supporting the Commercial plan for the Services business
Requirements
- 5 years of sales experience in Industrial Automation, IT or Software fields
- Self-motivated and Self-managed
- Ability to manage multiple partner relationships while achieving target outcomes
- Exposure to Industrial IT, Cybersecurity, Analytics and IIoT Platforms, Industrial Control Systems including PLC, HMI/SCADA, plant historian, motor control, motion control (Rockwell Automation or comparable platforms)
- Outcome based selling experience with understanding of industrial business drivers
- Market development and program execution experience
- Deep understanding of Services and Automation portfolio
