This is an Entry Level position and requires that the individual be fully onsite at the Corporate office in Kansas City, Missouri.

What Will You Do in This Role?
As a HR Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our busy HR department. Additinally, you will assist in the oversight of several HR functions; such as leave administration, compensation, restricted duty programs, and payroll processing.
Do You Have What It Takes?
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- High school diploma, or equivalent, required
- Excellent work history required
- Must possess strong personal organization and time management with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook required
- Must possess a strong work ethic and be a team player
- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material required
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
