Reporting to the Director of Client Services, the Account Manager will be responsible for managing assigned key accounts, increasing account value through strategic upsell initiatives, and providing exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction. You'll collaborate closely with a dynamic team in a company that values innovation, teamwork, and professional development. What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day client interactions and maintain strong relationships.
- Liaise with cross-functional internal teams, including customer service and product development, to improve the customer experience.
- Oversee service delivery by coordinating with field supervisors and estimating teams.
- Drive upsell opportunities through enhancement sales (trees, hardscaping, etc.).
- Achieve key performance metrics, including client visits, proposal proficiency, and responsiveness.
- 2 years of client management or inside sales experience in landscaping, construction, or subcontract work is preferred.
- Tech-savvy with a strong ability to learn new software tools (Aspire, Google Workspace).
- Exceptional customer focus and a service-driven mindset.
- Undergraduate degree -preferred
- Experience with CRM or landscape management software -plus
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
