Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Paid Social Media Ad Campaign Manager to oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and Pinterest. This role focuses on managing ad performance, analyzing campaign results, and implementing strategies to achieve maximum ROI. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in leveraging data to drive ad performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid social media ad campaigns across Meta platforms, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Monitor ad spend to ensure campaigns stay within budget while achieving performance goals.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost-per-click (CPC), click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Generate and present comprehensive reports on campaign performance, trends, and insights to stakeholders.
Optimization:
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, targeting, and placements.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance and achieve campaign objectives.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and best practices to ensure ad effectiveness.
Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with internal teams to align ad campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
- Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies to reach the right demographics effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in ad platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Pinterest Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and third-party reporting platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in e-commerce, retail, or similar industries.
- Knowledge of attribution models and multi-channel campaign measurement.
