TW Services, is a third party Warehouse Service Provider for US Foods. We are currently seeking for Full-Time CSR/Scheduler to join our team at the Food Distribution Center. We are not a temp agency. Employment would be full-time and permanent.

We have a fast onboarding process that can get you to work after your interview.

Position:

• Customer Service Representative

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 4:00AM to Finish
• Further shift details can be addressed at interview.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Check driver in and out on a tablet
• Enter all data associated with each load
• Great customer service handling inbound drivers bill of ladings
• Collect payment for unloading services electronically
• Perform audits of data collection to ensure integrity
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned

Requirements:

• MUST have computer/typing experience
• Experience inputting data into various systems
• Excel experience is a PLUS!
• Bilingual - Spanish and English (REQUIRED)
• Ability to work with others and individually
• Ability to multitask required
• Advanced familiarity with computers (REQUIRED)
• Customer service skills
• Attention to detail is key in this position
• Basic math skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
