About the role
The Laboratory Manager role oversees the day-to-day executing of all the analysis needed for Treasury's North Coast Winery Network, ensuring the laboratory staff executes tasks in a safe and efficient manner with accuracy, and works to continuously improve workflow, equipment, and processes while monitoring and adhering to the budget.
Laboratory Operation :
- Develop and maintain laboratory methods, SOP's, and the quality assurance program (HAACP).
Participate in any site audits and inspections as appropriate.
Safety :
Report all relevant safety incidents as outlined by TW HSE team

Pay Transparency Disclosure : The base pay range offered for this position is $70,000 to $87,000 per year and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of our St Helena location. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
