As an Account Executive, you will work with cutting-edge business products and services, focusing on mobility solutions. Your primary goal is to generate new sales revenue through hunting and prospecting within your assigned module or territory. From daily sales calls and networking to building meaningful relationships, you’ll collaborate with clients to uncover their needs and deliver customized, value-added solutions that address their business priorities. Your success will depend on your ability to seek out new opportunities, drive sales, and maintain a proactive, self-motivated mindset.

What you’ll do :

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting : Actively search for new leads within your territory through external networks and cold calling, consistently meeting or exceeding weekly quotas for outreach and engagement.
  • Client Engagement : Understand the communication and technology needs of small and mid-sized business customers, presenting tailored solutions that drive growth and efficiency for both current and potential clients.
  • Account Development : Build and expand customer accounts by establishing and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Consultative Selling : Use consultative selling techniques to address objections, identify trends, uncover customer needs, and leverage industry knowledge to close sales opportunities.
  • Proposal Development : Prepare responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and present products and services designed to meet customer needs.
  • Strategic Initiatives : Develop and execute strategic initiatives to grow and retain revenue streams within assigned accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

What you’ll need :

  • Hunter Mindset : A relentless drive to seek leads and close deals, combined with resilience and perseverance.
  • Networking and Negotiation Skills : Strong ability to network and negotiate effectively.
  • Valid Driver’s License : A valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record, current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle to meet transportation needs.
  • Sales Targets : Proven ability to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • What you’ll bring :

  • Sales Experience : 2-5 years of outside sales and / or B2B sales experience, with a preference for experience in outside telecommunications sales.
  • Technical Knowledge : Familiarity and experience with mobility products and services.
  • Sales Funnel Management : Proficiency in managing sales funnels and experience with CRM systems.
