Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as required.
Skills
- Experience as a medical receptionist is preferred but not required.
- Strong computer literacy, Athena experience a plus
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to type efficiently while maintaining accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Familiarity with office procedures and practices to ensure smooth operations.
