Your Responsibilities
Self-Generating Sales Activities: Creatively identify and pursue sales opportunities through networking, canvassing, and community engagement. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.
Consultative Selling: Understand homeowners' needs and offer expert advice on our roofing, siding, and exterior remodeling services. Build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas while maximizing your earning potential through commission-based compensation.
Prescheduled Leads: Convert pre-scheduled appointments into satisfied customers using your excellent communication and presentation skills.
Who You Are
✔ Self-motivated, confident, and ambitious, with a strong desire to succeed.
✔ Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
✔ Goal-driven and eager to meet and exceed sales targets.
✔ Valid driver's license required.
✔ Willing to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
