Landscape Team Leader

Join our team in Saint Cloud, MN, as a landscape team leader! In this role, you will lead and support a crew in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. If you have a passion for landscaping and enjoy hands-on work, we encourage you to apply.

Location: Saint Cloud, MN

Wage: $25 - $33/hr., depending on experience

Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Duties of the landscape team leader:

• Oversee daily operations and tasks of the landscaping crew
• Coordinate and delegate responsibilities to ensure project efficiency
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met on each job site
• Perform hands-on landscaping tasks, including installation, maintenance, and cleanup
• Communicate effectively with crew members and management

Requirements of the landscape team leader:

• Proven experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Class A license is a plus (reimbursement available)
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality work
