Twin City Staffing is currently seeking a Receiving Coordinator to join our team. As a Receiving Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring accurate and timely receipt of products.
Location: Maple Lake, MN
Wage: $18 - $20/hr. – Depending on experience
Hours: 7 am – 3 pm, Monday – Friday

Responsibilities of the receiving coordinator:
- Receive all incoming products and accurately label them with the correct part numbers.
- Organize and move products to designated areas within the warehouse.
- Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to handle and transport materials.
- Document materials received and keep track of their locations within the warehouse.
- Record and document products shipped out from the facility.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks at the loading docks.
Requirements of the receiving coordinator:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to operate a forklift (training will be provided for the right candidate).
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and documentation.
- Basic math skills for accurate counting and measurements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
