Location: Rogers, MN
Wage: $24 - $28/hr. Competitive hourly wage based on experience
Hours:
- Monday – Thursday, 5:00 am – 3:30 pm, overtime on Fridays 5:00 am – 11:00 am

Duties of the shear operator:
- Operate and program hydraulic shear machines to cut metal materials
- Perform blade changes, adjustments, and routine maintenance
- Conduct QA checks using precision tools like calipers and micrometers
- Adjust machine settings, including blade gap and back-gauge controls
- Layout parts, program for custom pieces, and inspect dimensions for accuracy
- Read blueprints, ensure safety compliance, and report issues as needed
Requirements of the shear operator:
- 3 years of machine shop experience (Architectural Metal Fabrication preferred)
- Skilled in machine programming and adjustments
- Hydraulic shear experience preferred
