Come grow with us! Twin Creeks Retirement, an upscale, resort-style, premier retirement community, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced and outgoing Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team.
The schedule for this role is Wednesday – Saturday, 8am – 4:00pm. Job duties include, but are not limited to, data entry, filing, property tours, Marketing and Front Desk oversight.
Key Administrative Responsibilities:
- Customer Service and Front Desk Support
- Assisting with Bank Deposits & Billing Statements
- Support Management Team and coordinate Front Desk tasks as needed
- Weekend Marketing Tours
- Data entry and filing
- Office supply ordering and inventory
What you need:
- Experience in reception, customer service, or sales/marketing roles
- Possess excellent customer service skills, with an eye for detail and perfection
- Professional appearance and conduct with a customer-focused mindset
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with an ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to pass background check
