Key Responsibilities :
Provide outstanding customer support and service, ensuring client satisfaction.
Assist customers in resolving technical issues via phone, email, and remote support tools.
Perform hands-on troubleshooting and repair for hardware and software issues.
Track, document, and manage customer issues and resolutions using ticketing systems.
Maintain a professional and positive demeanor when communicating with clients and team members.
Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex technical challenges.
Ensure all work adheres to current networking protocols, operating systems, and technology standards.
Qualifications : Experience :
Previous experience in IT, customer service, or a related field required.
Experience working for an MSP (Managed Service Provider) is a strong advantage.
Skills and Knowledge :
Strong technical knowledge of Windows Desktop environments and Microsoft Office 365.
Working knowledge of networking protocols, operating systems, and current technology standards.
Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills.
Experience with Citrix and VMware is a plus
Experience with Datto RMM a plus
Experience with Datto Backup software is a plus

Strong customer-service orientation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Effective time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Education :
College degree preferred but not required if equivalent experience is demonstrated.
