Summary

Twincraft is seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn individual to join our Procurement team! We are looking for candidates with a flexible and open mindset to help them thrive in our artisnal manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will also have the following capabilities:

• Ability to apply critical and strategic thinking while obtaining quotes and placing purchase orders
• Ability to source new vendors to increase value across quality, delivery, and cost as well as effectively communicate, negotiate, and maintain relationship with our preferred vendors
• Ability to resolve performance challenges such as quality and delivery
• Ability to develop a solid knowledge of current materials and appropriate vendor sources
• Ability to demonstrate sound judgement relative to optimal quantities/substitute materials/etc.
• Ability to multi-task on a high functioning level with excellent time management skills
