About the role
As an Operations Program Manager, you'll be integral in driving progress on some of our highest-priority company work. In this pivotal role, you will oversee two key areas. First, you'll lead complex, highly cross-functional projects aligned with our top company priorities. Client growth will be the focus area, and we expect that the project management portion will extend beyond this area in the future as dictated by company priorities. Second, you'll uplevel the processes that form our company-wide operating cadence and support our yearly strategic planning process.
Your work will include direct project management, creation & streamlining of project- and company-wide workflows, and building a toolset of program manager resources. You'll collaborate closely with folks all over the company, including Product, Clinical Care, and Growth. We're looking for a seasoned and nimble project manager, an excellent communicator, and a pro at driving clarity on complex and sometimes ambiguous decisions. Project Management (50%)
- Organize and lead cross-functional initiatives to drive progress on one of our highest-priority company goals.
- Manage and adjust the roadmap of work, requiring you to balance a deep alignment to existing strategic priorities with an ability to adapt plans based on an evolved understanding of the space.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders - including Product, Growth, and Marketing - to understand core problems to solve, drive clarity in decision-making, and keep our efforts on track.
Operating Cadence & Strategic Planning (40%)

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this full-time, exempt role is $111,200 - $150,400. The final offer is dependent on qualifications and experience. New hires can reasonably expect an offer between $111,20 and $130,800.
