We’re a fast-growing, full service Florida panhandle marina known for our high standards of service and attention to detail, and we’re looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to handle daily operations duties and lead the marina team.
As the Assistant Marina General Manager, you will work hand and hand with Sr. management to oversee the entire operation of a 300 slip in-water and dry storage facility. Primary areas of responsibility include:

2. Parts
3. Storage
4. Fuel Dock/Ship's Store
5. Boat Sales
This key person is responsible for oversight of the marinas’ policies, management, regulations, staffing, budgets, operations, training, maintenance, and other administrative/supervisory direction of all activities at the marina.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the facility and equipment are properly maintained, taking into consideration financial impact, aesthetics as well as function.
Establish and implement high standards of cleanliness and professional service to customers.
Ensure the marina operates in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
Administer the sales of slip and mooring leases.
Maintain accurate dockage, moorage, insurance and sales records.
Enforce the terms and conditions of the agreements as well as the marina’s rules and regulations.
Maintain proper inventory of fuel and retail merchandise to ensure continuous operations.
Maintain adequate staffing levels to ensure efficient operations.
Plan, organize, direct, assign, and coordinate the work done by all marina employees.
Monitor and collect accounts receivables.
Take charge and direct function of all personnel in connection with all emergencies.
Set up a suitable training of subordinate personnel through establishment of in-service training.
Any other duties as assigned by the marina.
