Two Rivers Roofing is looking for an experienced Field Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in roofing sales and has a passion for training and mentoring new sales representatives. The Field Manager will drive activity and motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Train and mentor new sales representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets and adhere to ethical and professional standards
- Drive activity and motivate the team to achieve sales goals and targets
- Coordinate team canvassing schedules and research areas for canvassing
- Lead by example and uphold company standards of professionalism and best practices
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives
- Provide support to the sales team as needed, including assisting with insurance claims and other customer inquiries
Requirements:
- Proven experience in roofing sales, including experience with insurance claims
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the local area
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and commitment to ethical and professional standards

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
