Requirements
- New product and prototype manufacturing.
- Train manufacturing team members in all aspects of machine operation, S/U and related duties.
- Select and order applicable tooling, fixturing and supplies.
- Work closely with development, manufacturing and quality engineers on design for manufacturing.
- Program, setup and operate any of the following CNC machines
- Citizen L20/L32 Swiss Lathe / Haas Vertical Machining Center Mitsubishi Wire EDM / SST EDM Drilling Machine
- Must be proficient in the use of all measuring equipment needed for device inspection Root cause analysis of component non-conformance, tool failure, process issues.
- Responsible for preventative maintenance activities.
- 10,000hrs (5yrs) as Advanced Manufacturing Technician III or equivalent
- GED or high school equivalency
- Advanced understanding of Manufacturing
- Advanced computer skills, use of CAD/CAM system
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to lift a minimum of 20lbs.
- Communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
