Human Resources Intern

Position Overview :
The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in a variety of key functions, including onboarding, recruiting, employee engagement programs, and administrative tasks. This role will help coordinate hiring events, assist with scheduling and candidate communications, and contribute to employee programs such as incentives, recognition, and team-building activities. This position provides a well-rounded opportunity to gain practical HR experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Onboarding and Process Flow :
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation and orientation materials are completed accurately.
- Assist in streamlining and improving onboarding workflows, ensuring all processes are efficient, well-documented, and compliant with company policies.
Recruiting and Hiring Support :
Coordinate logistics for recruiting events, job fairs, and hiring events to attract talent.Schedule interviews, manage candidate check-ins, and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.Employee Engagement and Programs :
Assist in planning and organizing employee programs, including parties, incentives, and recognition events.Provide support for initiatives that enhance employee morale and engagement.Administrative and Operational Tasks :
Track and follow up on hiring progress and candidate statuses.Prepare and distribute materials for recruiting, onboarding, and employee programs.Perform other HR-related duties as assigned to support the department.Benefits :

Qualifications :
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with learning HRIS systems.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented, customer-focused environment.Knowledge of Paylocity is a plus.
