We are seeking a dynamic Spanish / English speaking intake assistant. We need a patient, friendly, detail oriented front desk person to be the face and voice of our firm. You must be a good communicator in person, over the phone, and in your writing. We want someone that will treat our clients with care and concern as if they were speaking to a loved family member.
Position requirements include :
- Must be a people person that is patient, likes to talk, and loves to help people!
- Must be Bilingual-Spanish and English.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to consistently be at the office 8 : 30 am to 5 : 30 pm
- Must be available to intake new clients on nights and weekends as needed.
- Must be able to perform all general duties on a daily basis.
General Duties would include, but not be limited to :
Salary : $40,000.00 (This position is eligible for bonuses).
