What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Program Analyst position at Tyto Athene?
Tyto Athene is seeking a Financial Program Analyst. This position is fully remote but must be able to work east coast hours.
Responsibilities:
- Pull CostPoint reports (weekly/biweekly)
- Monthly Invoice approval
- Invoice Vendor coding sheet population
- Generate Invoice detail reports
- Compile travel and expense receipts from Concur
- Assist with Monthly Accruals report (accounts payable)
- Assist with Monthly Stipend (OCONUS Allowances) spreadsheet
- Assist with Travel Authorization Reports (TARs) signature workflow
- Generate Direct Charge Access Form (DCAF) Modifications
- Support preparation and execution of finance and budget materials
- Enter Purchase Requisitions
- Populate various financial-related trackers (invoices, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, etc.)
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as needed
- File in Sharepoint/Teams Channels
Required:
- Minimum 2-4 years' related experience
- Knowledge of government requirements and funding, including project tracking and reporting
- Experience with multiple contract types (FFP, T&M, CR, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Outstanding communication skills
Desired:
- Experience with CostPoint reporting
- Experience in MS SharePoint or similar file-sharing applications
- Experience working on an OCONUS Program
Compensation:
- Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically $60K-$70K. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
