What You’ll Do:
- Keep the dining room and kitchen running smoothly by maintaining a steady supply of clean tableware
- Collect dirty dishes and kitchenware from dining areas and the kitchen
- Operate dishwashing equipment, including scraping, rinsing, and loading/unloading
- Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment in their proper places
- Ensure the dish room is cleaned and sanitized at the end of each shift
- Help with general cleaning tasks like sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Show a willingness to learn and adapt, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
