Responsibilities:

• Ensure a steady supply of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen.
• Retrieve and clean dirty dishes and kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment, including scraping, rinsing, and loading/unloading the dishwasher.
• Organize and store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately.
• Clean and sanitize the dish room at the end of each shift, completing scheduled cleaning tasks and special projects.
• Perform sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal duties as needed.
• Adapt processes and tools to meet job requirements.
• Exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Adhere to UDining's dress code requirements.
