Job Description
Corporate Payment and Treasury Solutions (CPTS) provides travel, purchasing, virtual, and bankcard fleet card programs to federal government agencies / organizations. The CPTS General Services Administration (GSA) Client Service Manager role leads a team of Account Coordinators responsible for assisting agencies / organizations with management of their card program(s) on a day-to-day basis. This role will provide leadership and work direction to the team, handle escalated problems / issues, and will work closely with relationship managers, customer service managers, technical help desk representatives, along with other internal support teams. Responsible for exceptional and consistent client experiences while meeting or exceeding contractual service level agreements and performance metrics. Manages and coordinates the operational activities for assigned functional areas / regions. Ensures quality service and effective operations support for all of the assigned internal and external customers. Accomplishes results through the effective management of staff that may range from lower level non-exempt through exempt level professionals. Administers corporate policies and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Participates in the review and recommendation of operational systems and procedures affecting assigned units, coordinating system conversions from an operations perspective.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically eight to 10 years of relevant experience

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range : $92,820.00 - $109,200.00 - $120,120.00
