Position Overview
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll play a vital role in expanding our customer base within our targeted regions (HI / Pacific, Mountain, Central), with a focus on supporting our Business Units. Your success will be gauged by your ability to consistently meet or surpass monthly targets for customer engagements and securing new meetings.
A key aspect of your role will involve gathering insights about potential customers, and we'll rely on you to capture and manage this data effectively using our CRM system, for which training will be provided.
This position reports to the Inside Sales Manager. It is a hybrid / remote position but may require periodic travel to one of our offices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong sales skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in CRM and Sales Engagement tools.
