To Qualify For This Position At The GS-13 Grade Level, You Must Possess All Of The Following Minimum Qualifications By Close Of The Announcement:
EXPERIENCE: Possess one (1) year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 level. Examples of qualifying specialized experience for this position include extensive experience with IT Project Manager. Experience with communicating IT technical concepts and processes both in professional technical terms and in layman's terms for clarification and understanding by various target audiences. You must include hours per week worked.
Volunteer Experience: Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

A selectee receiving a first appointment to the Federal Government (Civil Service) is entitled only to the lowest step of the grade for which selected The display of a salary range on this vacancy shall not be construed as granting an entitlement to a higher rate of pay.

Physical Demands: Work is mostly sedentary. Typically, the employee sits to perform the work. Often the employee sits for long periods doing repetitive hand movements at a keyboard. Some work may involve travel to and attendance at meetings and conferences away from the work site.

The QTMATE assessment includes a cut score based on the minimum level of required proficiency in these critical general competencies. You must meet or exceed the cut score to be considered. Duties
- IT subject matter expert for MS Project Online and MS SharePoint Online
- Provide IT expertise for potential IT actions, applications, and long-range plans
- IT Project Management
- Communication with customers, users, vendors, and IT staff
- This is a term position (more than 1 year) with an initial appointment to last at least 13 months but may be extended up to a total of 10-years.
- Term positions do not convey permanent status in the Federal service.
