Position Overview
We are seeking a Facilities Management Specialist to provide support to our U.S. Government client in Washington, D.C.
Qualifications
Minimum three (3) years of applicable experience working as an Administrative Liaison/Facilities Specialist with Federal HQ staff.
Experience with AutoCAD
Requirements
The Contractor shall provide comprehensive facility support services to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of the Government's facilities. These services will be delivered in collaboration with the existing Facilities Team, which includes federal and contracting staff.
Act as a liaison between Government staff and the Facilities team
Facility Request Tool: Use the tool for management (entering tickets, reviewing tickets submitted by Government staff, updating status of tickets and ticket closeout) of all customer service tickets.
Workspace Occupancy: Maintain workspace spreadsheet accounting for staff changes such as reassignments, on-boarding and off-boarding.
Floor Plans: Monthly floor plan updates using AutoCAD
Space Management: Recommend space changes/improvements based on usage, need and customer input. Work with GSA, tenants and vendors on building maintenance and repairs.
Facility Forms: Create and update facility forms and templates
Recycling Program: Implement recycling program across Government floor space in accordance with GSA requirements.
Deliverables
Monthly reports on customer service ticket resolution and facility maintenance activities.
Monthly workspace status report
Documentation of policies and procedures.
Event support plans and post-event evaluations.
Maintenance and repair schedules and logs.
Office Hours
0800 to 1630 or 0730 to 1600 Monday through Friday
On site in Washington D.C.
