Records Manager Job Functions:
Supervise and manage the Scanning Specialists team
Develop and enforce record retention policies
Oversee scanning, indexing, and storage of documents
Ensure quality control and accuracy in archived records
Manage incoming and outgoing mail related to document processing
Coordinate archiving and secure destruction of records
Train staff on best practices for records management
Order and manage scanning equipment and supplies
Work cross-functionally to streamline records retrieval

Requirements:
3β5 years of experience in records management or document processing
Experience in medical or legal records management (preferred)
