Duties

- Utilizes Microsoft Office software to create, update, or automate various items, such as spreadsheets, reports, documents, presentation/briefing material, and emails.
- Develops and/or maintains a variety of databases; produces reports in various formats; reviews internal and external correspondence for grammar, format, typographical accuracy and conformance to established guidelines.
- Establishes and maintains physical and electronic folders and files; maintains library of correspondence, records, publications, memos, regulations, etc.,
- Receives and responds to telephone calls and visitors; coordinates with staff to obtain and/or provide information; maintains manager's appointments, calendar of events and meetings.
