Human Resources Partner Generalist
Location: University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB)
Salary Range: $47,665 - $77,455

What You'll Do:
As a trusted HR Partner, you will:
Serve as the go-to human resources expert for faculty and staff, managing HR services for a large and dynamic division, department, or school.
Facilitate recruitment for faculty and staff, ensuring we attract top talent to advance UAB's mission.
Advise department administrators on HR policies, providing expert guidance and solutions.
Act as a liaison between your assigned department and the Office of Human Resources on academic and non-academic HR matters.
Promote compliance with UAB's HR policies while fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
Lead HR-related projects and potentially supervise administrative staff.
What You'll Bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
- At least three (3) years of related experience in human resources or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships across teams.
