Human Resources Partner Generalist
Location: University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB)
Salary Range: $47,665 - $77,455

What You’ll Do:
As a trusted HR Partner, you will:
- Serve as the go-to human resources expert for faculty and staff, managing HR services for a large and dynamic division, department, or school.
- Facilitate recruitment for faculty and staff, ensuring we attract top talent to advance UAB’s mission.
- Advise department administrators on HR policies, providing expert guidance and solutions.
- Act as a liaison between your assigned department and the Office of Human Resources on academic and non-academic HR matters.
- Promote compliance with UAB’s HR policies while fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Lead HR-related projects and potentially supervise administrative staff.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
- At least three (3) years of related experience in human resources or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships across teams.
