Job Description: The IT Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, network security, and computer and information systems as well as day-to day IT operations and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems and management and a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. UbiQD is a rapidly growing company, and applicants should be excited about working in a dynamic and high energy environment where individuals are expected to shoulder broad responsibilities and sometimes work independently.
Job Requirements
•Residence in or re-location to Los Alamos, NM (or surrounding areas).
•At least 3 years of related work experience.
•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Proficient in latest technology for IT systems and management.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
•Eligibility to work in the USA.
Desired Qualifications
•Degree in Computer Science or related field required.
•Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
•Excellent analytical and management skills.
