We’re looking for an Operations Support Lead to:
- Be responsible for the oversight of support functions for Core Operation Services including building a change/configuration management function, an issue management process, performance and reporting tools, client remediation processes, and controls functions. Own the establishment and running of a Banking Operational Controls function. This function will be responsible for partnering with 1st, 2nd and 3rd line oversight and support functions, to design, document, and ensure 1st line validation of all Banking Operational controls. This function will be responsible for partnering with the functional specialist to ensure all procedure, policy, standards are documented and align with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Partner within the existing Organizational structure to build a specific Issue support function, focused on building and managing playbooks for managing issues in the payments and deposits space. Ensure issues impacting banking functions, are both remediated in line with IT/internal remediation standards, and that customer remediation of any client data impacted by the production issue are neutralized. Ensure connection and communication of issues to impacted parties and communications channels as appropriate.
- Partner with technology and data leadership to build and maintain analytical reporting tools to enable performance monitoring of all activity flowing through the Banking Operations functions, with focus on KRI/KPI/SLA data to measure appropriate, accurate and timely processing of activity. Align reporting needs with several Committee/Forums to ensure appropriate oversight and escalation of operating performance. In partnership with Technology and product, ensure the ability to manage configuration within the application stack supporting the Banking Operational functions. This would provide business expertise on product setup, posting rules, and security capabilities among other key architecture components. Partner with Technology and Product to ensure accurate and timely adjustments to the configuration and performed in line with organization

Your expertise :
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 10 years of work experience running Program Management Office, or Operations leadership function.
- proven ability to improve processes, reduce risks or increase customer satisfaction (you’re a keen observer and problem solver)
- experience running Support function in a similar sized banking organization
- background in controls, reporting and issue management
- demonstration of keen analytical/problem-solving skills
- high attention to detail and accuracy
- strong organizational and time management skills
- self-motivated individual with lean, innovative thought leadership methodologies to drive ongoing enhancements
- demonstration of keen analytical/problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- strong organizational, time management skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
- robust communication skills: written, verbal, visual presentations, and effective listening skills
- ability to be cross-fungible and multi-task
