About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at UBT. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for building relationships with potential customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive outreach to potential customers via phone and email to discuss their needs and identify areas where our solutions can add value.
  • Qualify and pursue leads within manufacturing, aerospace, retail, and distribution industries.
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Account Executives to drive sales and exceed targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inbound inquiries, following up with customers, and ensuring seamless communication between teams.
  • Assist with quotes, presentations, and CRM documentation to support sales efforts.
  • Schedule appointments and ensure effective communication between teams.
  • Engage in sales-related administrative tasks that contribute to overall success.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Acumatica CRM, Office 365, Zoom Info, and LinkedIn (preferred).
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for connecting with people and driving results.
