What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend Respite Provider position at UCP?
Summary: Two siblings are looking for someone to hang out with them at their home so their parent can run errands or relax. The ideal candidate would enjoy Disney, being silly, and helping others! Previous childcare or ABA experience is a plus but not required. The position is an excellent experience for a human services/social work/psychology student.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to the siblings and assist with activities of daily living as needed.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for the children.
- Collaborate with team members as needed.
- Document and report on changes or concerns.
Qualifications
- 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S . - Access to a reliable vehicle to transport yourself to and from scheduled shifts - Experience in childcare, caregiving, OT, SLP, education, or related fields is a plus!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide emotional support and companionship
